ADMISSIONS OPEN - SCHOOL YEAR 2024/2025

We are excited that you are considering the American School of Wroclaw. Our lovely multilingual (English, Polish, Italian, Spanish) Admissions team at the American School of Wroclaw looks forward to welcoming you and helping you find out more about the school. 

Children may be enrolled at any time at ASW by following these steps:

Step 1:  Submit an Enrollment Application form -  Parents can schedule an appointment by sending an email at:  admissions@asw.org.pl

Step 2: Signing documents - Sign the permissions form, medical form, and enrollment agreement. You will also be asked to complete a Student Medical Record and deliver a copy of your child's birth certificate/Passport to school so as to confirm his or her personal information.​

Step 3: After verification our Admissions Team will send a letter of acceptance to the Parents

Admission requirements:

Nursery Checklist:

  • Children must be 12 months old 

  • No prior knowledge of English is required for entering the ASW Nursery

  • Enrollment agreement

  • Application form

Kindergarten Checklist:

  • Children must be 3 years old when entering Kindergarten

  • Please note that any child entering kindergarten should be fully toilet-trained.

  • No prior knowledge of English is required for entering the Kindergarten

  • Enrollment agreement

Primary School/High School Checklist: 

  • Enrollment into 1st grade and higher requires grade-appropriate knowledge of English. Admission decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
