Submit application

Submit your application through our online form, along with required documents such as previous school records. Additional information may be requested, and a Trial & Assessment Day could be arranged if needed.

Offer

Admissions decisions are based on your application, past school reports, and available spots in the relevant grade. Successful applicants will receive an offer letter, which must be accepted within 7 days via email along with a signed school agreement.

Finalize your enrollment by completing all necessary paperwork and submitting the required fees to confirm your child’s spot at our IB School in Poland.

ASW accepts students from Nursery (from 12 months) through to High School (up to age 18/19). The school welcomes Polish and international families seeking a bilingual (no comma) international education for their child / children.

Yes, it is. ASW offers an open admissions process on an ongoing basis, and applications are accepted throughout the academic year, subject to availability in the relevant year group.

Yes, it is. Mid-year entry is possible, depending on space and the outcome of academic and language placement reviews.

Nursery & Kindergarten: No prior knowledge of English is required.

Primary & Secondary: Students are expected to demonstrate age-appropriate English proficiency. Each application is reviewed and assessed individually. MYP4, MYP5, DP1 and DP2 have entrance exams available in English, Math and Science if level of English is not at an appropriate level.

Yes, it does. For Primary and above, ASW may require:

  • an academic placement assessment,
  • an English language assessment.

This ensures students are placed in the most suitable grade level.

ASW provides a bilingual international education program combining:

  • an American-based curriculum,
  • elements of the Polish national curriculum,
  • International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes, including the MYP and Diploma Programme.
